At Posers Hollywood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn merchandise in its original box or mailer, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
- 3.Ship It Back
Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our Hollywood storefront address; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- 4.Processing & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
